These Terms of Service apply to the Daily Prayer Log mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") for mobile devices, created by Ryver SRL (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended to be used "AS IS".

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

Daily Prayer Log is a prayer journal application that helps users:

• Record daily prayers and reflections
• Track prayer requests and answered prayers
• Set prayer reminders
• Create and join prayer groups
• Share prayer intentions with others

To use certain features of the Application, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify the Service Provider immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You retain ownership of all content you create in the Application, including prayers, notes, and reflections. However, you agree that your use of the Application will comply with the following guidelines:

• Do not post content that is offensive, harmful, threatening, or inappropriate
• Respect the privacy and beliefs of other users
• Do not use the Application for any unlawful purpose
• Do not spam or harass other users
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

The Service Provider reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

When you create or join prayer groups, you may share prayer requests and intentions with other users. By sharing content in a prayer group:

• You grant other group members permission to view your shared prayers and requests
• You understand that shared content may be visible to all group members
• You agree to respect the confidentiality of prayer requests shared by others
• You acknowledge that the Service Provider is not responsible for how other users handle shared information

The Application offers both free and premium features. Premium features require a paid subscription:

• Subscription fees are charged through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings
• Refunds are handled according to the app store's refund policy
• The Service Provider may change subscription prices with advance notice

Your privacy is important to us. The Application collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Application, including its design, features, functionality, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by the Service Provider and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Application's name, logo, or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the Application

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Service Provider does not warrant that:

• The Application will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Application is free of viruses or other harmful components
• Results obtained from using the Application will be accurate or reliable

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Application
• Loss of data or content
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any conduct or content of third parties using the Application

Daily Prayer Log is a tool designed to support personal prayer and spiritual practices. The Application:

• Does not provide religious counseling or spiritual guidance
• Is not affiliated with any specific religious organization or denomination
• Does not guarantee spiritual outcomes or answered prayers
• Should not replace professional counseling, medical advice, or pastoral care when needed

The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, the Service Provider, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting the Service Provider or deleting the Application from your device.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the Application. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
